The PUBG Mobile Pro League – Pakistan Spring 2023 is the official professional PUBG Mobile league in Pakistan. The tournament featured 20 teams, including 12 teams from PMPL Pakistan Fall 2022 and 8 teams from PUBG Mobile National Championship Pakistan 2022. The tournament lasted for almost two weeks, starting from March 21st to April 9th, 2023.

The tournament had an exciting format that allowed teams to play 25 matches in the League Stage, followed by an Additional Match, and then the Finals. The League Stage featured five groups of four teams each, with each team playing four matches per day in a round-robin format. The top 12 teams after 25 matches qualified for the Additional Match, which was played on Vikendi with a separate points system. The top 16 teams based on overall league results then advanced to the Finals.


The Finals of the tournament took place from April 7th to 9th, 2023, and featured 16 teams. The teams started with accumulated Bonus Points from the League Stage, and a total of 18 matches were played, with six matches each day. The map order for the Finals was Miramar, Sanhok, Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, and Erangel.



The tournament was broadcasted by a team of experienced commentators, including Urdu Commentators Pakistan Aladdin (Muhammad Shahneel), Pakistan Aadi (Ahmed Aslam), Pakistan Ahsan (Muhammad Ahsan), and English Commentators India Fritzz (Divyanshu Saxena), India Dhriti, Pakistan Ahsan (Muhammad Ahsan), and Pakistan Torrix.


The tournament had a total prize pool of $70,000 USD, which was distributed among the top eight teams. AGONxi8 Esports emerged as the champions of the tournament, winning $8,750 USD and qualifying for the PMPL South Asia Championship Spring 2023. R3GICIDE secured the second spot with $5,750 USD, followed by 3x Esports with $5,000 USD and 52 Esports with $4,500 USD.


The tournament had some exciting moments, with different teams performing well at different stages. While AGONxi8 Esports emerged as the eventual winners, R3GICIDE put up an aggressive performance in the Finals to secure the second spot with 213 points. Despite starting with a seven-point deficit in headstart points compared to AGON, they fell short of the champion crown.


3X Esports, who came third in the standings, proved to be one of the strongest and most consistent teams in the tournament. Despite a disastrous league, amateur squad 52 Esports displayed some spark towards the end and claimed the fourth rank.


Magnus Esports held the lead in the Finals for two consecutive days, but a disastrous third day caused them to slip to fifth place with a total of 176 points. Seventh Element, the runner-up in the League, ended up in sixth place.


In the Grand Finals, 52 Esports' Chotu stood out as the best player, earning the MVP title with an impressive 50 frags and over 8000 damage. R3G Nocki secured the second spot on the list with 33 frags, while Magnus Zibyan claimed the third spot with 23 kills and more than 6000 damage.


Some popular teams like Bablu and Free Style failed to perform well in the tournament, occupying the 13th and 15th spots, respectively. The Faulty Devils fared the worst among all the teams in the Grand Finals, garnering only 75 points and finishing in 16th place.

The top team from the PUBG Mobile Pro League – Pakistan Spring 2023 tournament, AGONxi8 Esports, qualified for the PMPL South Asia Championship Spring 2023. The remaining seven teams that finished in the top eight positions also qualified for the PMPL South Asia Championship Spring 2023.
