Quick Update on Our PUBGM Situation

Hello everyone,

I have an important update to share regarding our PUBGM situation, especially for the community and fellow organization owners.

I want to maintain transparency with you all as many of you have been consistently asking about our PUBGM roster. There's been a delay for a reason: In January, we signed Archer, Dok, Apex, and Baron after our primary roster didn't renew with us. They requested an advance of around 20K USD, which we agreed to and paid to Archer. However, they suddenly informed us about rejoining 4MV (4 Merical Vibes). Archer and the players cut off all communication channels with us and involved 4MV in the situation. 4MV agreed to pay us back but kept delaying, making false promises, and even threatening us for over two months with no intention of returning the money. We had no choice but to involve Tencent.

I'm sharing this publicly so that all other organizations, especially those in PUBGM, are aware. Contracts won't be honored if there are disputes with players; they're essentially useless! Please ensure your contracts are notarized by local courts so you can seek relief if a similar situation arises because Tencent or any other party won't get involved.

After exhausting all options, we approached the court, and thanks to Tencent, actions were taken against Archer for this fraud. However, 4MV owners (Rikesh & Bijuli) were active participants in this scam and defended Archer until Tencent intervened. I believe actions must be taken against them as well to set an example for others who think they can scam and steal without consequences.

Archer has been asking for loans from everyone with no intention of paying them back. His lenders even reached out to me for repayment. It's shocking that someone like him is allowed in this community when he has scammed half of it, including his own players.

I want to express gratitude to the Indian courts for granting us interim relief in this case. My intention in making this public isn't to seek support or sympathy; I've already received relief through legal channels. I encourage others to do the same if faced with similar situations. Posting on social media achieves little; take the legal route and watch these scammers tremble.

I'm writing to raise awareness about the scam pulled off by 4MV (Rikesh and Bijuli) and Archer. It seems deliberate—asking players to sign with other organizations, taking their money, and disappearing. Stay cautious, stay vigilant, and save your money!

We've never encountered such a situation before, as we always took measures to prevent it. However, the way we were tricked by Archer and 4MV was incredibly clever. Our crisis management strategy was disrupted, and we spent the past two months resolving this, all because of your continuous requests for our PUBGM roster. If it weren't for those messages, we would've ended our PUBG Mobile operations to end this headache once and for all.

I appreciate all of you for standing by us during these challenging times. Your support kept us fighting.

After all this matter , TENCENT has strictly went throughtout the matter and banned the ARCHER for 4 months as a competitive suspension and for a fraud attempt and he will not be able to act and be submitted as 4MV or any team manager during 2024 PMSL CSA SPRING :
