Today the beginning of BGMI Masters Series Season 3, an exciting tournament organized by NODWIN Gaming and sponsored by Star Sports, Android, TVS Raider, Philips OneBlade, and Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Taking place in Delhi NCR, India, this event promises intense battles in Battlegrounds Mobile India.
Event Details and Format
In this season, 24 top teams are divided into 6 groups of 4 teams each. The action kicks off with an intense Opening Week from July 19th to 21st, 2024:
Team Lineup: 20 teams were directly invited, while 3 qualified through the TVS Raider and 1 through the Philips OneBlade qualifiers.
Match Structure: Teams play 3 matchdays in a round-robin format, with 2 matches each day. Every team plays a total of 4 matches during this phase.
BGMI Masters Series Season 3 introduces special gameplay mechanics to ramp up the competition:
Points System: Teams earn points for match rankings and eliminations. Special bonuses include:
Powerplay: Double Points for early eliminations.
Bounty: Bonus points for eliminating top teams.
Impact Player: Double points for chosen players’ finishes, selected before matches by team leaders (IGL).
